FRIENDSHIP POEMS USING NEW POETIC FORMS

These poems on friendship are all short and are examples of my new poetic forms: Poetic Distillations, Poetic Memes and Memos to Self. They reflect the way our friends shape us which I think is particularly pertinent in this generation where friends are accessible twenty-four hours a day and are often the ones teenagers turn to when they are facing challenging situations. I hope you will be inspired to try writing about your own experiences of friendship and the way your friends have shaped your character and life decisions.
