Hi and Welcome to my Website!

I’m thrilled to announce the start of my new venture which will officially kick off at the beginning of March with the launch of my first poetry collection, Infinite Connections and its companion book, Celebrating the Art of Poetry. I have been teaching English in secondary schools for many years and I’m finally reducing my workload and giving myself time to devote to publishing the poetry I’ve been beavering away at all that time.

Poetry has always given me a creative outlet and studying the great masters in my English Honours degree at Flinders and my Master of Arts in Christian Studies deepened the passion. Over the course of my teaching, I have used my poetry to reinforce the messages of the texts and I’ve rarely ever left an exam supervision without the fresh draft of a new poem in my hand.

So that’s a quick potted history of how I arrived at this point. The impetus to put them into a book for my sons was the beginning of a very steep learning curve. Things just snowballed from there. So here I am announcing my new business and impending book launch.
